Maple

Maple is a seven-year-old female wolf dog looking for a forever home. She does well with most large male dogs. Preferably one that is outgoing that would help socialize her with new people (no female dogs). She is very shy and reserved at first especially towards men, it will take her longer to warm up to them. It is unknown how Maple would do around small children. Once Maple is used to you, she is a very sweet and loving girl, she just needs time and patience from her potential adopters. Maple is very strong and could use more confidence on a leash since a lot of things spook her, but once she’s comfortable she would enjoy long walks or hikes. Maple requires at least a six foot or higher metal privacy fence with dig guards. She is an escape artist and will jump anything smaller. Please no small pets such as cats. She would do best in an outdoor enclosure it has been a while since she has been a partial indoor dog, with time she may adjust to being partially indoors but would still require a tall enough fenced in yard. She is part wolf and will only be adopted to areas where wolfdogs are legal to own.
