Luca
Luca is about a year old and roughly 45% wolf, mixed with husky and shepherd. He’s got an athletic, petite build and moves like it! This sweet boy is quick, light on his feet, and clearly enjoys being active. So, a home with an active lifestyle would be a plus.
He walks great on a leash and gets along well with other dogs, both male and female. Indoors, he’s settled in nicely and shows good manners. He will sit for a treat and waits before meals, which tells you he’s paying attention and wants to learn.
He’s playful, sweet-natured, and still figuring things out, so a little patience goes a long way with him. A few things worth knowing: Luca isn’t a fit for homes with small animals, and he tends to take a bit longer to warm up to men. Once he trusts you, though, he’s all in. - The presence of a canine who will be a companion with your adopted animal and share his enclosure.
- Spacious, secure containment, minimum 6 feet high
- Phone number of veterinarian(s) who cares for your current animals
- Home check to verify adequacy of containment
- Completion of adoption contract
- Adoption donation of $525.00
